WOODROW WILSON INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR SCHOLARS: From 20 to 25 residential fellowships for advanced research in the humanities and social sciences on topics that intersect with public policy. Men and women from any country and from a wide variety of backgrounds (including government, the corporate world, and the professions, as well as academe) may apply. A very good command of spoken English is required. Applicants must hold doctorates or have equivalent professional accomplishments. Fellows are provided offices, access to the Library of Congress and other research facilities, computers, and part-time research assistants. Stipends range from $26,000 to $85,000. The application deadline is 1 October.
