Intercultural Mediation in the Caribbean and Its Diasporic Spaces: A Multidisciplinary Perspective

This forthcoming edited volume (coedited by Rosana Herrero‑Martín and Hélène Zamor, Dept. of Language, Linguistics, and Literature, Univ. of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus) invites contributions exploring the layered processes of intercultural negotiation, translation, and mediation across Caribbean territories and their diasporic spaces. We welcome innovative submissions rooted in decolonial, postcolonial, feminist, Indigenous, and Afro-diasporic frameworks, with particular interest in topics spanning health communication, legal and educational mediation, community-based knowledge, cultural translation, and cultural accessibility.
