INSTITUTE OF SACRED MUSIC FELLOWSHIPS: The Yale Institute of Sacred Music (ISM), an interdisciplinary graduate center at Yale University, serves scholars and practitioners at all career stages whose work revolves around the sacred. The work of the ISM touches a broad array of disciplines, including anthropology, history of art and architecture, cultural studies, creative writing, ethnomusicology, film studies, liturgical studies, musicology, religious studies, ritual studies, religion and literature, theater studies, theology, visual arts, world religions, and more.
